Established in May 2007 and though relatively young, our team of negotiators are rather well established in the industry. Each negotiator has at least 3 years of experience dealing with a wide range of properties throughout Klang Valley. We have, collectively helped hundreds of residents, both malaysians and foreigners find their dream home or commercial property in the area. Clients include buyers, sellers and renters. We specialize in apartments, flats, condos, houses and commercial properties in the Klang Valley.

There are currently well over 10 negotiators in our team, including Connie Yap, who is a licensed agent and CEO of Upper Valley. Our office is conveniently located in the commercial center of Desa Sri Hartamas, a stone throw away from Mont Kiara, another most sought after prime residential and entertainment area in KL. Desa Sri Hartamas is only 10 minutes from KL city center, PJ and Damansara, and is easily assessible from major highways throughout the city.
